Worked with subject matter experts to complete business planning and strategy work, learning design, content inventory/organization, user research, to prepare for the build of the complex.care content and web app.
Analyzed and organized content to best position it in the web app, created a learning design approach, provided video production services to capture, edit, and graphically support the content.
