There is a lot of talk lately about Millennials joining the workforce, the rapidly changing world of learning and bridging the generational gap in the workplace. We are in the midst of significant change - especially in the world of learning and the integration of new technology. Making the shift toward this new generation of learners who will very quickly become leaders is a high priority on many companies’ to-do lists.
So where do you start?
I suggest listening to and learning from this bright group of up-and-comers directly. They can shed some very revealing light on the future of learning and provide some great insight on how our organizations might begin to adapt to their culture.
That’s why over the next several weeks, we’ll be featuring interviews from many of the individuals honored as part of Elliott Masie’s 30 Under Thirty list, which recognized the next generation of leaders in the world of learning. We were introduced to this group when we attended The Masie Center’s Learning 2012 Conference just a couple of months ago. We were so impressed and inspired by the thoughts, vision and accomplishments of these individuals that we wanted to share their vision with all of you.
So take a moment now to subscribe for blog updates by email so you don’t miss these interviews. (HINT: You can do this in the sidebar to the right!) We’ll be posting the interviews right here every Thursday for the next couple of months and we can’t wait to see what you think. We hope this series will help you in your efforts to make the shift to this new generation of learners and leaders.
