Not to mention refreshing, positive and downright invigorating. Should we expect anything less from a personality that absolutely bubbles with good vibes? Sydney is her own sunshine and counts among her likes—smiling, laughing, family dinners, wit and sunflowers. But as for “Negative Nancies,” weak handshakes, left lane hangers and neighborhoods where all the houses look alike? Eh, not so much.
Sydney grew up in a “loving, sarcastic, likeably weird and fun” family. Her three siblings are still her best friends. She studied ballet for several years, during which she completed three levels of Cecchetti (a ballet technique and training system) and performed on point shoes for two years. She was also active in forensics and won honors for her individual performances. In college, Sydney played volleyball for four years (and was the team leader and captain during her senior year) at the University of Virginia, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology in 2011. She followed that up with a one-year master’s program in management and marketing at Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
Sydney says she does her best work when she is busy and excited about the topic—a fact she demonstrated as an enthusiastic intern for iDream Talent before joining Team Maestro.
