This one-hour training course is designed in compliance with California’s SB 1343 and SB 396. It presents a proactive approach to sexual harassment prevention by centering on compassion, mutual respect, and equity. The course uses interactive scenarios, relevant case law, and plain language to educate non-supervisory employees.

Your team will learn the meaning of sexual harassment and abusive conduct as well as types of behavior that are considered sexual harassment. They’ll also discover strategies to prevent sexual harassment, remedies for targets, and their supervisor’s obligation to report sexual harassment. The course culminates in a 10-question assessment.
