You are a proven leader in the training and development space, with a hunger to do more and push the boundaries of what innovative and effective learning looks like. You love to make an impact in organizations and drive results beyond what clients expect. You are passionate about speaking and sharing your vision as well as collaborating with peers and creating better learning outcomes across the industry. Growing a team is exciting to you, and you relish in the opportunity to take ownership and make an impact in the industry.

 

What you’ll be doing on the Learning Team

  • Lead and grow the Maestro Learning Team business
  • Develop a strategy to grow our Learning Team’s business and impact
  • Lead the Learning Team and develop team capabilities
  • Collaborate with our sales team to bring in new opportunities that allow us to continue to try new things and grow our team’s capabilities
  • Leverage innovative and industry-leading approaches to learning projects
  • Work with our Strategy Team to develop consulting frameworks
  • Develop and cultivate a reputation in the learning industry
  • Speak at conferences and engagements
  • Work with the Marketing Team to develop an online presence
  • Establish and promote thought leadership in the industry
  • Be an advocate for the client and for Maestro
  • Build relationships with clients through transparency and clear expectation setting
  • Create deeper partnerships with our clients through strategic learning approaches

 

Talents we’re looking for

  • Deep knowledge of the training and development field, with a degree of recognition in the industry
  • Experience developing and selling client strategies
  • An eye for good design and values the importance of user experience
