We're currently looking to extend our Maestro Design team by adding two interns to the team. A Design Intern at Maestro works with the Design team to create learning experiences that help people improve their performance. This role uses Articulate software (Storyline and Rise) to convert a written storyboard into fully interactive eLearning courses. You should have a passion for solid graphic design principles, typography, layout, and motion.
Support the Design team on client projects.
Design beautifully crafted eLearning courses.
Collaborate with other designers, writers, and project teams on client projects.
Become knowledgeable on interactive learning design, current industry design standards and the latest technologies.
Maintain consistent design standards in all work.
A digital portfolio or website showcasing solid design skills and passion for design
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute at the highest level
Versatile design capabilities
A strong design sense around branding, interaction and user needs
Ability to follow a given design direction and work in a collaborative team environment
Conceive innovative ideas to solve problems within design and technology constraints
Work effectively with internal team members and clients, as needed
Possess a strong attention to detail, but have the ability to balance a well-designed solution with time and budget constraints
Experience in the graphic design field
Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-grade tools
Hourly rate depends on experience and talent level
Maestro is seeking to fill two part-time or full-time internship positions.

Working on-site at the Maestro office is required.
Three month internship with an opportunity to be extended.
